Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This platform is operated by Havasu Web Studio (“we,” “us”), a web design and marketing studio based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We provide a hosted customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform to the local businesses we work with (“clients”). Each client uses the platform to manage its own customers, leads, appointments, and communications.

This policy covers two groups of people: our business clients who log into the platform, and the customers and leads of those businesses whose information is stored and messaged through it.

2. Information We Collect

From business clients: name, email address, and login credentials when an account is created; settings and configuration they enter while using the platform.

About clients’ customers and leads: contact information (such as name, email address, and phone number) entered by the business or submitted through hosted contact forms, booking pages, and website chat; the content of email and text-message conversations sent and received through the platform; appointment and task records; and marketing attribution data (such as UTM parameters and referring pages) captured when a form is submitted.

Technical information: standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to operate the platform for our clients: storing their contact records, sending and receiving the messages they compose or automate, scheduling appointments, generating reports, and keeping the service secure and reliable. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use clients’ customer data for our own marketing.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Consent and Opt-Out

Businesses on this platform send text messages only to people who have provided their phone number and consented to be contacted — for example, by submitting a contact or booking request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. The platform records the opt-out immediately and automated messages to that number cease. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address in Section 10. Marketing emails sent through the platform include an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

5. Service Providers

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the platform, each of which receives only the data necessary to perform its function: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Twilio (text messaging), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (scheduled message delivery), and Vercel (application hosting).

6. Who Controls the Data

Each business client owns and controls the customer records in its workspace. Workspaces are isolated from one another — one business cannot see another’s data. If you are a customer of a business that uses this platform and want your information corrected or deleted, you can contact that business directly or reach us at the address in Section 10 and we will route the request.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain data for as long as the client’s workspace is active. When an engagement ends, the client may request an export of its data, and we delete workspace data on request. Access to data is protected by authenticated logins and per-workspace security rules enforced at the database layer.

8. Children

The platform is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active clients.
